Scan limits

Each monthly payment on a subscription adds 250 scans (750 on Pro). Unused scans carry over each month while your plan is active. If your plan ends, the scans you have banked pause and come back when you resubscribe. The counter at the top shows how many you have left, and your Account page shows when the next scans arrive. A Scan Pack adds 100 scans that never expire and work without a subscription. Scans are used in this order: plan scans first, then bonus scans from friends, then Scan Pack scans. A scan that fails isn't counted. New accounts get 5 free scans first — scanning and pricing only; publishing to eBay starts with a Scan Pack or a subscription.

There are also daily and per-minute caps that protect the service from abuse. If you hit one, wait and try again — a normal scanning session never gets near them.
